Information we handle

Account and profile details: information such as your email address, phone number, display name, account status, and sign-in or verification state that you provide or that is created when you use an account.
Listings and other content: details, contact information, images, and files you submit for listings, services, businesses, comments, reviews, reports, or resident verification.
Verification information: residency evidence you choose to submit and the status and review details needed to process it. Verification documents are stored privately and are available only for authorized review; they are not published as listing content.
Service activity: information needed to provide account features, such as saved listings, contact actions, moderation reports, and verification history.
Technical and security information: session and sign-in data, security and abuse-prevention records, and basic service activity needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts; provide listings, search, contact, and verification features; display and moderate user submissions; respond to questions and deletion requests; prevent abuse and protect users; and maintain and improve the website.

What other users can see

Listings, business and service details, images, and contact information are shown to visitors when you submit them for publication. Please do not include information in a public listing that you do not want others to see. Account credentials, private verification documents, and internal review or security records are not public listing content.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses necessary session and security mechanisms to support sign-in and protect requests. Your browser may also retain information used by site features, such as saved items or unfinished content. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the site notice. It measures canonical public page visits and general browser visit information; searches, account details, and ad details are not sent as Analytics events. Google Analytics may use analytics storage after you allow it. Advertising storage and signals remain disabled. You can decline or change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the site footer. Your choice is stored in this browser. You can also manage or clear other browser storage in your browser settings; doing so may affect sign-in or saved features.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate the website and its features. These include Amazon Cognito for account sign-in and account-related messages, Amazon S3 for newly submitted listing photos, and Google Analytics for optional public-page measurement when you allow it. Google processes Analytics data under its own terms and privacy notice; see the Google Privacy Policy. Older listing photos and residency verification documents remain in private storage on our hosting server. If you choose an external sign-in option such as Google, that provider processes information under its own privacy notice. We may also share information when needed to respond to a valid legal request, protect users or the service, or handle a dispute. We do not sell personal information.

Account messages

We send or arrange essential account messages, such as registration confirmation and account recovery messages, in response to actions you take. We do not use account verification messages as marketing messages. You can contact us at [email protected] for support.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage accounts and submissions, address safety or security issues, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the type of information and its purpose. Some limited records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons. Your choices and requests

You can ask us about the personal information associated with your account or request that it be corrected or deleted by emailing [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account. A request to Madinaty Deals does not delete information held independently by an external sign-in provider.

Security and changes

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as the website or its data practices change. The date above shows when it was most recently updated.
